Welcome to Wisaal. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wisaal donation management application ("App", "Service", "Platform"), developed and operated by Alornix Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", "our") for Shamsul Huda Islamic Academy ("Academy").

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

"App"– Wisaal mobile application, web admin panel, and website

"Academy"– Shamsul Huda Islamic Academy, Kuttikattur, Kozhikode

"Administrator"– Authorized representatives managing the platform

"Volunteer"– Individuals collecting donations via the mobile app

"Participant"– Individuals contributing donations to the Academy

"Personal Data"– Data identifying an individual directly or indirectly

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Eligibility

The Service is intended for use by Shamsul Huda Islamic Academy and its authorized personnel. Participants (donors) must be at least 18 years of age with legal capacity to make voluntary donations.

Account Creation

  • • Volunteer and Admin accounts are created by authorized Academy administrators
  • • Participant profiles are registered through the App by volunteers or administrators
  • • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

Account Responsibility

  • • You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
  • • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms

3. Description of Service

Wisaal is a donation management solution for Shamsul Huda Islamic Academy that enables:

Participant Management

Donor registration and profile management

Donation Tracking

Recording and tracking donation commitments

Payment Collection

Tracking cash and bank payment collections

Reports & Analytics

Collection reports and administrative dashboard

Important: Wisaal is a donation management tool, not a payment processing platform. The Service facilitates recording and tracking of donations, not the actual transfer of funds.

4. Donations

Voluntary Nature

All donations are entirely voluntary. Donors may choose amounts and payment schedules. No individual is obligated to make or continue donations.

Donation Commitments

Participants may register donation offers specifying amounts and frequency. These are recorded for tracking purposes only and are not legally binding contracts.

No Refund Policy

Donations are voluntary contributions and generally non-refundable. Refund requests should be directed to Shamsul Huda Islamic Academy directly.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You Agree To:

  • ✓ Use Service only for lawful purposes
  • ✓ Ensure accuracy of all entered data
  • ✓ Maintain proper volunteer authorization
  • ✓ Comply with applicable laws
  • ✓ Protect donor privacy and rights

You Agree NOT To:

  • ✗ Share login credentials with unauthorized persons
  • ✗ Access data without authorization
  • ✗ Introduce viruses or harmful code
  • ✗ Reverse engineer the Service
  • ✗ Misrepresent donation amounts

6. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALORNIX TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • • Damages from unauthorized access to or alteration of data
  • • Any disputes between donors and the Academy
  • • Loss or misappropriation of donated funds

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Malappuram, Kerala, India.
